Randy was a railroad electrician who had to walk miles every day in his job.  After his accident and two surgeries on his ankle he still walked with a limp and had a lot of pain.  His doctors told him he had to change jobs or risk being unable to walk in 5 – 10 years.  Other jobs paid a lot less and ICBC refused to pay what he needed to support his family in a new job.  They wouldn’t offer a fair settlement so we had to go to court to get what Randy needed.

The judge agreed with us and ordered ICBC to pay Randy what he deserved.  (Read the The Judge’s Decision)
